Who is NOT a candidate for IV Therapy?
People with Congestive Heart Failure, Severe Kidney Disease, Significant Liver Disease and Immunocompromised typically are not a candidate for IV Therapy. Please Note - Immunocompromised clients can receive IV Therapy with a note from their Treating Physisican providing clearance for us to treat you.

Is IV Therapy Safe?
The risks are minimal, when done under steril conditions. When IV Therapy is administered by a licensed medical professional, it is generally safe.

How long is the appointment for an IV Therapy session?
IV Therapy sessions typically take an average of 45 minutes for the actual treatment. The time may vary from 25 minutes - 60 minutes, depending on individual factors and which treatment is being received.

How often can I receive IV Therapy?
The frequency of IV Therapy is based on individual needs. Some of our clients receive treatments once weekly, while others receive them on an as needed basis.

Do you accept Insurance?
We are considered a Conceirge Service, therefore, we do NOT accept insurance. Although, we do accept HSA/FSA cards!! Every client does have provide a valid credit card on file, but the card will not be charged until your appointment. At that time, you may choose to pay via another form of payment. Other payment methods accepted are Cash and Credit/Debit Card.

What are the risks involved with IV Therapy?
Although IV Therapy is generally safe, there are few risks associated with receiving IV Therapy. Anytime skin is punctured there is a small risk of infection. You may also develop bruising, redness and/or itching at the injection site. When inserting the IV catheter, you might feel a little pain. Maybe a little pinch or a sting, but it does go away quickly.

What is your cancellation policy?
We completely understand that things come up, beyond our control, from time to time. We require all appointments to be cancelled 24 hours prior to appointment time to avoid being charged for the appointment. We will be happy to help with rescheduling your appointment as well!
Appointments NOT cancelled 24 hours prior will be charged full price and will not be issued a refund.
In addition, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you might be asked to reschedule your appointment.
No Call/No Show appointments will not be rescheduled and you will not be issued a refund.
Please be considerate of our time and the time of other clients.
In the extenuating circumstances where a refund is issued, processing fees will not be refunded. (This is a policy of Square and our company has no control of this.)
